About

I'm Gino, a telecommunications engineer based in Barranquilla, Colombia. My day job is RAN and core network optimization: LTE coverage planning, parameter audits, KPIs and the occasional 3 a.m. maintenance window.

I'm moving into AI engineering, and this blog is my public lab notebook. I write about building agents, running LLMs locally, evaluating them properly, and what happens when you point them at real engineering problems instead of toy demos.

Currently studying for the LangChain Certified Agent Engineer (LCAE) exam and running a small local AI lab with Ollama.
